* SERVICE: An atitude of service seeks to care for the needs of others, even when it may be inconvenient or even contrary to one’s own personal preferences. As many markets transition to a self-service model, those organizations who still deliver exception service will excel all the more
* HUMILITY: In Jim Collins’ Good To Great, humility is observed as a key characteristic in ‘Level 5 Leaders.’ Humility does not seek to advance its own cause but would rather champion the cause of another. It takes delight in the successes of others yet is genuinely thankful when affirmed for its own achievements
* PASSION: Passion fuels the fire of achievment; showing strength while others falter, courage when faced with failures, and determination when the road narrows. It finds focus and yet will rally others to its cause because it is attractive and contageous.
* FAITHFULNESS: The endurance to stay the course, faithfulness is a quiet and reassuring strength. It is communicated without words but its language is understood by all who hear it. Incredibly winsom, it’s the Faithful that we all want as our closest friends.
